The West Coast Collaborative is an ambitious partnership between leaders from federal, state, and local government, the private sector, and environmental groups committed to reducing emissions along the West Coast. The Marine Vessels and Ports Workgroup offers opportunities to share information and seek funding for a variety of projects.
This meeting will look at what are the project, funding and leveraging opportunities in a time of global recession? Get an update on what is happening with the North American ECA and GHG talks. Find out how will these affect you.
Special Technical Focus: Shipboard Energy Monitoring. For those planning ship emissions inventories in 2010, are there economies of scale that can be benefitted from through electronic capture of data provided by shipping lines?
